I am not really sure, but I can understand these two words: "job title" and "a performance review", are they correct?

yeap, more or less. This is the way it goes:
- David Mitchell: What do you mean funny?
- Robert Webb: Well, the way I see it, you know..., you wouldn't run your home like an office. So why having an office computer in your home?
- D.M.: Maybe homes should be run more like offices: give family members job titles, and your performance reviewed, raises for good behavious...
